Be in charge of the BCM operation of UOB China, which mainly includes:• Coordinate the support teams to perform bank-wide Business Continuity Risk Assessment.• Initiate and facilitate the annual BIA/BCP review to all business units, review all the BIA/BCPs to ensure consistency in impact assessments and identification of Recovery Time Objectives (RTOs) and critical dependencies, ensure the plans are viable and commensurate with the nature and complexity of the respective business activities, and compliance with the BCM Policy and Guidelines.• Identify the Critical Business Functions in the Bank that need to be promptly recovered in the event of a disaster.• Monitor the progress of business continuity activities and resolution of issues to ensure prompt completion by business / support units.• Assist both Critical and non-Critical Functions in the Bank to source for alternate sites resource.• Advise business / support units on cost efficiency and effectiveness of the various business continuity planning solutions.• Organize and coordinate the BCP exercise, including alternate site exercises, bank wide Call Tree exercise, desktop walkthrough exercise etc., prepare and submit post-test report.• Raise BCM awareness and training to business / support units and branches.• Develop and maintain the BCM Task Force(BCMTF) Crisis Management Plan, organize and coordinate the BCMTF Crisis Management training & Exercise.• Provide secretariat support in the event of a disaster to Bank Recovery Director (RD) and BCMTF.• Prepare & present monthly status updates & annual attestation of the BCM Program in the Bank to Risk Management Committee, submit BCM relevant reports to regulators as required.• Act as key contact of Auditee in annual BCM audit, coordinate technology teams/business units and work with Auditor on Audit deliverables, observations, result & reports.

Scope covering both distributed infra and mainframe infrastructure supporting China business.Review and update the Business Impact Analysis according to policy and standards.Maintain Business Recovery Plan (BRP) to identify resources and services that are required by business unit during a business Interruption.Conduct due diligence to understand recoverability of third-party service provides in conjunction with vendor relationship managers and adjust planning accordingly.Coordinate and perform Testing of BRP and walk through of Crisis Management Plan (CMP) for the respective Entities.Perform and document test preparation, testing, and post-test activities.Facilitate and coordinate with the Business units, supporting units and vendors to plan and execute Data Center Disaster and Tech Room Recovery drill to ensure that the infra can continue to provide services in the event of disaster to meet the customer and regulatory requirement.Participate and support for the production/maintenance for the effective implementation of IT service Quality Industry Certification like ISO certification programs.Partner Tech infra quality team, fulfil quality certification related compliance requirement and audit reviewers, adherence to Citi information Technology management policy and standards.

Be the only representative of China team, work with regional/global engineering team to bring standard to the country team, guide team to comply with it. Initial re-engineering items with cost saving and review with engineering team to get them approved andy provide to business.Be the chief network support and coordinator for global/regional projects which cover China, work with regional team closely to achieve every success.Be the team leader of branch & campus team and cover all the daily operations for most of the sites under Citigroup China.Win the SPOT personal award and Best Pilot Team award which both are high rate awards in Citigroup.

Contribute to network infrastructure planning, design, construction, management and maintenance for bank/campus, call center and data center under Citigroup China. Including sites setup, relocation and expansion, interconnection with 3rd parties, backbone and branch network optimization, etc. To provide an economical and effective, stable and secure infrastructure to business throughout China.

In charge of the network interconnecting of all subscriber sites in Shanghai, manage network affairs of 4 other major branch sites in China, review their design and budget, and provide technical support.

Design, build and maintain the network infrastructure of customer companies, as well as the infrastructure of own company including two computer rooms.
