Support:When a ticket comes in for support I need to schedule the technician to go to site. Technician must then bring me a job card so that I can update the ticket. If any stock is needed I need to send an email to quotes to send client a quote. When a client come to reception I need to see the client and sort out their problems for them.Installations: A ticket gets assigned to me and I need to do investigation to see what is required on the ticket. I schedule a technician to do a pre-site survey. I then need to check the status of the ticket every day to see if the client has paid and then if equipment is available. I need to update the ticket if any changes. As soon as payment is made and cabling is required, I need to assign the cabling guys to do the cabling. They will then provide me with a job card, which I need to scan. I then need to update the ticket and attach the job card to the ticket. As soon as the equipment is available, assign the technician and notify the client. The tech will then provide me with a job card and a delivery note, which I need to scan. I then need to update the ticket and attach the job card and the delivery note to the ticket. I need to provide Lenize then with the original delivery note.
