• Sending of Email and phone conversation with the bank for the application of bank line for Back-to-Back L/C.• Application of competitive T.R. / discounting rate with the bank in order to maximize profit.• Supervise my assistant for the job that is assigned to her like L/C Application, L/C Negotiation.• Handle Import and Export Letter of Credit operation. (Import L/C Application, Export L/C Negotiation).• Review all L/C Draft and L/C Application in order to advise operation or customers for the amendments to be made. • Matching of all L/C terms and conditions are comply for the back-to-back L/C.• Check the full shipping documents upon completion of loading to make sure that they are in compliance with the L/C in order to minimize discrepancies.• Establish and have good working relationship with bankers.• Interactions with operation/trader on the loading laycan or vessel ETA at Port of Loading to ensure timely execution of shipment.• Advise operation/trader on the finance cost for L/C Charges and interest rates/charges. • Monitor the documents are presented by supplier on time under the Import L/C in order to extract it for the presentation under the Export L/C.• Monitor the payment acceptance are confirmed on time after presenting the documents under the Export L/C negotiation.• Monitor all payments are to be paid on time for both the Import and Export Leg including L/C and non L/C shipment. • Consolidate all documents for L/C issuance such as Purchase Contract, Sales Contract, Marine Insurance, Document Instructions.• Updating of shipment reports.
