• Prepared and produced presentation for Board of Director and staff training with the aim of introducing new changes in law imposed by the Insurance Authority (IA) • Conducted and assessed a series of review on marketing materials including LionBooster 2 insurance to ensure its content complied with the IA’s guidelines• Localized compliance policies and guidelines in line with the EU standard

• Conducted and analyzed researches regarding Gender Equality, Law and Policy Making funded by the United Nations Development Programme with the purpose of nurturing the society with equality regarding LGBT issues • Formulated a wide range of techniques including effective communication, in-depth interviews to demonstrate the phenomenon of LGBT community• Provided administrative support and research preparation for the ongoing project named “Families and physical and mental health of LGBT youth in Hong Kong”

• Coordinated the “People with Disability and Rehabilitation Plan” to review, consolidate and update the current status of administrative and social policies regarding disability rights to maintain a top rehabilitation service among Asian countries • Researched, generated and prepared reports to summarize and prioritize the different demands expressed in public engagement exercise so as to explore and identify the potentials for future social planning aimed at people with disability
