Responsibilities:1. Manage platform projects (including software, hardware, testing, quality & chipset development) from initial to completion, which includes project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, key milestones tracking, risk and change management, routine project meeting, and reporting. 2. Oversight of the entire program and lead the multidisciplinary and multisite program team which includes the project managers team (software project manager, hardware project manager, verification project manager, and chipset project manager), as well as over 100 team members from 6 locations globally. 3. Design and deliver workshops to project managers on how to prepare for work packages and project management tool KLUSA.4. Lead mobile software platform development, including developing protocol stack (Kernel level), hardware drivers (Kernel level), middleware (Glue layer/framework), and user interface. Conduct software release and manage bug fixing before and after the product (software) launch.5. Work as a single contact to customers and support customer interaction on technical and operational matters.Achievements:- Led the program of XG110, which made a new corporate record and reached a shipment volume of 300 million.- Built up and developed the mobile phone platform capability in Intel China team. Work as global business process owner of NPI (New Product Introduction), be responsible for business process development, implementation, review, training and continuous improvement in Sierra Wireless China. 2. Overall responsible for product development of wireless modules (both automotive and non-automotive), mobile routers and smart meters. And make sure specifications, milestones and deliverables are fulfilled according to corporate standards.3. Work closely with the contracted manufacturer on day-to-day operations to secure manufacturing capacity and resources. Be accountable for asset management (valued at USD15 million), manufacturing cost control, quality control, compliance and on-time delivery.Achievements:- Led a big company transformational project successfully. Sierra Wireless decided to consolidate 2 contracted manufacturer sites into 1 big site, I was responsible for working on all the adjustments and relocation work of the warehouse, supply chain, logistics, production and IT system. The new site could deliver 8 million units per year (inclusive wireless modules and mobile wireless modem routers)- Established a transparent and quantitative business audit IT system on manufacturing/NPI, which helped contracted manufacturers to find production issues in advance and avoid severe delays in mass production.- Achieved more than US$200k cost reduction per annum on asset management (equipment rental and equipment calibration campaign).- Successful establishment of Project Management Office. On-time implementation of PMOconcepts and project management standards, processes and tools.

Responsibilities:1. Work as Asia-Pacific business process owner of New Product Introduction / Product & Technology Transfer processes. Be responsible for business process development, implementation, review, training and continuous improvement. And ensure new, innovative project management practices can be applied to the process. 2. Cooperate with NOKIA closely on mobile phone projects such as sub-assembly, RF module (PWBA), box build and ODM, and communication network equipment (CNE) projects, such as base station and switching units (like Package Control Unit, Switching Network and Message Bus Interface).3.
