I am a detail-oriented, highly organized and self motivated professional with over 15 years experience in the Medical industry. I am a strong individual contributor as well as a dynamic team player who has the ability to adapt quickly to change within any business environment or situation.As a Healthcare Operations leader, I have led my team through 2 acquisitions as well as through the Coronavirus Pandemic. I created and implemented our documents team across our in-lab and home sleep testing service lines. I played an instrumental role in increasing our volumes across both service lines as well. I increased our PTR Nationwide for in-lab sleep testing. I drove successful integration efforts by collaborating on and implementing our OCST home sleep testing services. I managed major restructuring by centralizing our scheduling service nationwide under one main scheduling hub. I have led my team through multiple software changes including Brightree and LR. I have worked closely with our research department to ensure our research patients were tested while still maintaining a high PTR within our lab.
