Domain area: Loan and Credit ProcessingMain responsibilities are:- To be the liaison between system users and system developers (vendors).- Conduct requirement gathering sessions from respective stakeholders, system users, operation staffs, and etc.- Conduct FSD review sessions.- Review SIT test scripts, conduct minor testing and provide clarification to testers whenever necessary.- Manage UAT and provide clarifications to users whenever necessary. - Gather, understand and review change requests raised.Main projects delivered:➢ OneCP SG & MY➢ MOBS MY➢ OneCP SG & MY – KYCSide achievements:➢ Participated in O&T Hackathon for multiple times. Responsibilities:- Log the change requests raised by system users in system and follow up on them to ensure they have been addressed correctly.- Elicit requirements from system users for the change requests raised and help to define the scope of work- Work closely with Project Management Office to ensure the projects got enough details before starting work

Internship role. Daily tasks were to extract out the customer lists for multiple merchants whose deal has ended and prepare the documents for Finance department to pay the merchants. Sometimes will also be required to handle the redemption counter for walk-in customers.
