Current• Transformation Strategy: Work with the transformation team to develop and implement a comprehensive transformation strategy aligned with the goals and objectives of the division and the broader organizational strategy.• Change Management: Lead change management efforts by driving a culture of continuous improvement, fostering innovation, and ensuring effective adoption of transformation initiatives across the division.• Project Management: Manage end-to-end transformation projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize existing processes, workflows, and systems. Collaborate with stakeholders to redesign processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and drive automation and digital transformation initiatives.• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, business units, and cross-functional teams, to understand business needs, gather requirements, and ensure buy-in and support for transformation initiatives.• Performance Measurement: Work with the various Operations teams to establish performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the progress and impact of transformation projects. Conduct regular assessments and provide reports on the effectiveness of initiatives.
