In a world where you can be anything, be kind. Kindness truly changes everything!My journey in the staffing industry started about 7 years ago as a Vendor on Premise with Aerotek. I quickly realized I enjoyed the fast pace and relationship building aspect of the industry. I have been fortunate to work for some industry leading organizations and try out several different roles such as recruiting, account management, client services, business development, customer success, internal human resources, special projects, and more. When asked which I enjoy the most, I always struggle to answer since my personality appreciates variety and opportunities to learn new skills. I am a curious learner by nature, always wanting to understand how people think - and why they think that way, how things work - and could the process be improved, and what don't I know - and how can I efficiently learn it?I was impacted twice in 2023 by workforce reductions and my network supported me greatly. So needless to say, I am a huge advocate for industry networking.It can't be all work and no play, right? I'm in Jacksonville FL chasing the sun. In my free time, you can find me hiking with my rescue pup Lucy, at the beach playing competitive volleyball or pickleball, spending time with my six nieces and nephews, traveling, and volunteering at my church or in the local community.
