• Oversee all teams and production staff across the production floor covering all disciplines. Responsible for managing 2 Supervisor and a group of 58 production team. Leads the production teams to develop and/or adapt to process, policies and workflow to improve efficiency, accuracy and etc.• Instruct and mentor operators who are facing difficulties in completing their production tasks and guide them to the correct solution utilizing your skills in artwork, prepress and retouching.

• Ensure the delivery of high quality Production service by providing solution, dealing with project coordination and inter-company as needed. Assist in live production work to ensure it is completed to schedule where necessary in instances of staff shortages due to holidays, leave or increased of workload.

• Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications. Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements. Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.

• Provide in depth Why-Why analysis of all Internal and External errors.

• Develop and deliver training plans and provide mentorship for all new starters in the artist team.

• Assist Operation Manager oversee on Client Service and QC Team quality and performance.

• Resources planning based on provided plan hours and work on new job transition planning and development.

• Went to Schawk Newcastle on 2009 to transition a creative development work, a preproduction work that include Production art, prepress and color retouching for client review. At the same time supporting the high workload for 7 weeks.

• Create training material for production usage.

• Responsible for building workflows and automation solution development to increase efficiency and cost reduction.

• Provide technical leadership to day-to-day technical issue such as general artwork issue, automation, workflow, Esko solution, RIPs, barcode, color management, fonts, software/hardware and other production related problem as well as providing training on workflow as necessary.

• Working closely with regional and corporate to role out worldwide system implementation.

• Went to Schawk Shanghai on 2009 for 2 weeks to train an Esko Admin for Schawk Shanghai company.• Leading Asia Esko admin team to setup automation consistence approach.• Role and responsibility including:
