Current- Assist HR Head to plan the manpower/talent strategy.
- Act as a recruitment manager focusing on experienced hire of different business line.
- Be responsible for end-to-end recruitment process, provide a full range of recruitment support and administrative services.
- Establish recruitment strategies to attract and manage talent pools via multiple sourcing channels.
- Working closely with hiring managers/ hiring department, provide consultation to hiring managers on all aspects of the hiring process, including hiring strategies, recruitment cycle timing, coaching and guidance on.
- Manage and work with recruitment agencies for specialist and secondment placements.
