As the Talent Acquisition Manager, I am responsible for driving recruitment strategies in align with the business direction. Not only focusing on recruitment, I also work together with Talent Management in building employer brand with new initiatives like organizing Hackathon and driving new management trainee program. I also drive lean and process improvement projects on HR and recruitment process.Achievements:- Drove the first Future Leaders Program in AIA, successfully hired overseas talents by new channels including working closely with overseas universities and local universities to arrange career talks and visits in AIA and using new social media recruitment tools.- Successfully drove the first Hackathon in AIA by partnering with SCMP to align with the business strategy in digital transformation, which needed to work closely with SCMP in recruiting right candidates to tackle our topic related to AI and machine learning, as well as needed to persuade and coordinate internal parties including IT, marketing and compliance.- Initiated the setup of LinkedIn Company page and worked together with the Talent Management team in driving and enhancing employer brand using social media. - Established strong connections with various universities, including the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) Business School, INSEAD MBA school, Chinese University of Hong Kong Business School and Tsing Hua University to attract talents.- Partnered with HKUST Master of Science in International Management Program as the Corporate Partner on business project; brought MPF team and Customer Experience leaders together in leading the business project and ensure the students had a rewarding experience during the project.- Drove recruitment platform process improvement projects as well as initiated paperless project by working with Group Office; HR business partners and internal departments.

Partnering with senior business leaders, I provide professional end to end recruitment service with the focus on sales, client management, corporate and professional services positions for Hong Kong and Taiwan. I am also the Super User of the recruitment platforms for the East Asia region, and responsible for provide advice and training to the team. My key contribution to the team:- Proven recruitment track record: with efforts in expanding and utilizing all sourcing channels, I successfully reduced the agency filled Sales position.- Excellent client satisfaction: successfully sourced candidate for the newly setup IT team in Hong Kong, successfully recruited 74 positions within 8 months for Global Business Travel (GBT).- New initiative on recruitment: hold the 1st sales networking events to attract sale talents and had successfully hired candidates from the event; facilitated the 1st cross line of business career talk to encourage internal movement; encouraged referrals with red pocket flyers.- Recruitment channel expansion: established connections with universities for job posting.- Regional team support and process improvement: provided advice and training to the East Asia region, and got the “Best Continuous Improvement Initiative” in 2015 quarter 1.

I had developed strong relationship with clients by providing professional advices on recruitment for middle to senior level positions in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, chemical and F&B industry, and managed the whole recruitment process from sourcing, interviewing and managing job offers. I managed M/A-Com antenna project in China and built up the China team's capability to meet the automotive industry standard.Achievements:- Grew the Ford Motor's business revenue from USD 290,000 in 2005 to USD 9 million in 2007- Got Ford Q1 award which was the first China factory getting this award
