Work is the most fun when I am leading through uncertainty. Over the last decade, I have led start-ups and new programs in complex health systems. Through these experiences I have worked in all sites along the continuum of care. I use data to drive improvements in quality, safety and patient experience to deliver the healthcare I'd want for my own family. I have had the pleasure of working with teams to deliver the highest quality healthcare, which are the most rewarding successes of my career.I received a Master of Business Administration degree as well as a Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Physical Therapy degree, all from the University of Iowa. I am Certified Professional of Healthcare Quality.
