Educate and train clinical hospital staff in the Patient Care System (PCS) and Bedside Medication Verification (BMV) and Emergency Department Management (EDM) applications during a Healthcare System implementation. Build and test the electronic healthcare system, ensuring the system is optimized for the specific clients needs. Mentor and train the incoming new hires as well as current MEDITECH staff transferring into the group. Created a training program to ensure employees have the appropriate tools and information available in a central location to learn the system.
