Documents files in an accurate, concise and professional manner to meet NYS and Federal licensing requirements.-Actively seeks involvement of residents and significant others in program planning and progress assessments.-Coordinates services with other providers for the residents as instructed.-Supervises the self-administration of medication on a daily basis to ensure all medications have been ingested by the residents as prescribed.-Ensures all medication changes from Resident’s doctors are reported and/or documented as instructed.-Assists in organizing and scheduling on-going programs/services sponsored by Self-Help Groups.-Assists as directed
