In this role, I oversee the strategy and delivery of the marketing and communications efforts supporting Gwinnett County and all 16 cities. I also manage the events and sponsorship sales and activation supporting our target industries and goal areas ranging from signature events to council meetings.

Greater Atlanta Area

As a Director of Strategy and Delivery, I manage multiple full-service accounts within the agency, including service lines such as media buying, PR, creative oversight, and promotions. I lead an internal team by channel and division to develop strategic integrated marketing plans to support the client’s goals. Within the planning process, I create client-specific planning documents, timelines, and budget management processes to ensure smooth account management oversight and support. I also generate annual client reports to show trends, competitive analysis, budget reconciliation and create strategies for the next campaign.
