The focus of my work as a Licensed Professional Counselor is helping my clients to make sense of difficult past experiences and to work toward making meaningful changes in their lives. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety disorders, including social anxiety, posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), generalized anxiety, panic disorder, and specific phobias. Other areas of focus include depression, stress management, adjusting to difficult life changes, and relationship issues. I primarily use cognitive behavioral and mindfulness-based approaches to therapy.I work with adults and adolescents at my private practice in Philadelphia and offer individual therapy and specialized treatments for anxiety disorders, including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD and Prolonged Exposure (PE) for PTSD.Please note that I am an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance.
