Once a motivated Elementary School Teacher with experience guiding students with proven teaching methods and positive interactions, this passion led to pursuing a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction. I am enthusiastic about helping students understand subject materials and educating them on social and general learning skills. I feel that my kind and caring attitude leads others to transform into productive adults and students.I enjoy devising lesson plans in alignment with state curriculum standards and creating a balance of instructional programs, demonstrating how to meet educational and instructional goals.It is important to cultivate and develop inclusive and equitable working relationships with students, families, and staff. I believe that if not allowed to build support with all of our stakeholders, how will we know their potential? I am known for instilling positive methods to correct student behavior, by delivering constructive feedback upon improvement with the learner as the focus of all instruction.I deploy assessment data to drive instruction and student mastery of standards, as without having data, it is just an opinion. Data allows educators to direct individualized instruction in various subjects to achieve educational goals and drive curriculum requirements. My heart embraces and actively promotes an inclusive and equitable learning environment for all.
