As Outreach Director I am responsible for overseeing the delivery of ABA services in home, school, and community settings across the state of Ohio. This role entails the oversight of Board Certified Behavior Analysts, Program Managers, and Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians. I oversee the clinical quality and development of ABA service delivery as well as ensuring ethical practices in service delivery. Silver Lining ABA is passionate about the delivery of ABA services to rural and underserved populations across the state and supports clients across a variety of settings and needs.

Manages and oversees all aspects of regional operations that are related to providing treatment to children with special needs. Works closely with the Chief of Growth and Strategy to ensure that all-road blocks to commence services in a new market are navigated to service clients most effectively. Support and mentor clinical and support staff across region.

Manage a caseload of children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, developmental disabilities, or other qualifying diagnoses. Provide oversight, supervision, and program management for BCBA/LBA’s, BCaBA’s/LABA’s, Assistant Clinical Supervisors, Field Trainers, and Certified Behavior Technicians/RBT’s. Develop policies and procedures for the implementation of effective Positive Behavior Support Plans. Collaborate with parents, community representatives and stakeholders to provide coordination of care for services. Provide team meetings to Clinical Supervisors to guide acquisition and behavior reduction goals on a weekly basis. Provide on-going assessments, as needed. Develop Functional Behavior Assessments and Behavior Support Plans. Conduct Functional Analyses, as needed. Develop crisis intervention plans. Review and proof-read treatment plans and assessments. Provide coaching, feedback, and develop Performance Improvement Plans for staff, as needed. Provide Supervision for staff, as required by the BACB and WA State licensing board

Oversee CSD Autism treatment programs by providing clinical oversight, training, and feedback to Program Supervisors, Program Coordinators, and Behavior Specialists. Conducted Assessments, ensured quality adherence of client Treatment Plans, Progress Reports, and Behavior Support Plans. Supervised staff members seeking BCBA certification and RBT certification.

Oversee the ongoing development and implementation of CSD Autism treatment programs, approaches, methods, clinical training protocols, and curriculum. Provide clinical oversight, training, coaching, and feedback to regional directors, clinical directors, clinical supervisors, program coordinators, and behavior specialists. Ensures adherence to CSD's evidenced-based, family-centered, mental health treatment philosophy, approach and clinical standards. As a member of the CSD Clinical Review and Consultation Committee, work in close collaboration with the Director of Mental Health and the Director of Development and Implementation.
