Provides above and beyond technical support customer service. Assist customers with internet, telephone, and cable issues. Also assists with passwords, billing, and setting up appointments for technicians to go to the customers home.

I started my career at Farm Fresh as a cashier and through the years of education and experience became the customer service manger of the front end.
