• Over sees the picking and shipping of high priority high volume retail accounts such as Marshall's and TJMax, while paying close attention to their special packaging and shipping requirements.
• Organizes the Layout of frames for Vision Expo’s in NYC and Vegas along with multiple smaller Trade Shows for close out and inline frames.

• Over saw the picking and shipping of large quantity and at times high priority orders for the PCO department.
• Organized Vision Expo Trade Shows for close out frames.
• Over saw PCO /order fulfillment departments when supervisor was out.
• Handled all time off/vacation requests for order fulfillment.

Responsibilities included-Phone sales, Problem solving, tracking of merchandise, Filing and computer use (keying in orders constructing training sheets etc.).
