- Support and plan for internal operations and best practices during rapid growth. - Utilize Agile methodologies to improve software engineering and development processes. - Administrative support for Application Development team. - System Administrator for VersionOne agile development tool - providing end to end management of agile software development at levels from Enterprise, Portfolio, Program and Team. - Manage and coordinate sprint planning and prioritization for software application development team across multiple office locations. - Assist with planning and reporting of internal product development budgets. - Review and assist with documentation and communication of Change Requests, Gap Analysis, Functional Design and other project documents including project estimates. - Collaborate closely with Division Managers to identify business process and operational needs, make recommendations for solutions to improve process efficiency and effectiveness. - Provide support for business development of Application Development team, tracking lead generation through proposal submittal. - Work with other members of management and accounting to analyze budgetary needs and manpower forecasting. - Provide onboarding and ongoing mentoring for Division Assistants, Division Managers, Project Managers and Lead Programmers.- Collaborate with stakeholders in Business Development, Product Development and Division Managers to plan timing of product development releases both within and outside of project delivery.
