Oversees all marketing, public relations, client presentations and business development practices for Coastal Pacific Construction. Additional responsibilities include assisting in project management for all Los Angeles based projects.

Assists in facilitating negotiations by managing the escrow process, supervising the assembly and organization of due diligence materials, facilitating property tours and inspections, implementing a comprehensive marketing campaign for each property including the creation of of the property marketing brochure. Additional responsibilities include managing online content ensuring the most up to date information is available online, as well as the production of new business proposals.
