- Own customer onboarding and increasing product usage and adoption within the customer’s organization.- Oversee team productivity, including tracking, identifying opportunities for improvement, and sharing updates weekly with company leadership.- Create product training content and programs and share broadly to scale best practices with client engagement.- Oversee customer technical support for software and hardware by creating and maintaining troubleshooting processes, training team members, and managing escalations with Product and Engineering.- Collect and synthesize customer feedback through outreach projects to drive product improvements, shape roadmap, and support product marketing.

- Hold onsite and online training to a broad range of customers including Medical Schools, Hospitals, and Nursing Programs to learn and implement the Anatomage software into their courses and practices.- Create training content and resources including documentation and videos to upskill users on the Anatomage Table software.- Contribute to product development by software creation, and testing different product functions.- Collaborate one on one with customers to create personal resources to meet their individual needs.- Troubleshoot customer technical product issues for both hardware and software.

- Organize and manage all operations at Tisch MSRCNY, a center dedicated to finding the cause of Multiple Sclerosis.- Oversee and give input on research projects in the lab, including our clinical trial that uses stem cells as treatment, which was recently FDA approved for Phase II. - Responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with vendors, as well as create new accounts and contacts to efficiently order materials at reasonable pricing. - Maintain multiple databases to track spending, inventory of materials, and specimen information as we receive samples in the lab.- Coordinate continuing medical education sessions by setting up the events, and making sure all necessary documents are received.- In charge of recruiting new potential research assistants for the lab including organizing the interview, participating in the hiring process, and assimilating all new members into the lab environment.- Worked on the 2017 committee for our annual Gala as the auction coordinator, raising 2.5 million dollars.- Run research tests on cerebral spinal fluid samples from patients of our affiliated clinic, the IMSMP, and check these samples for biomarkers of disease activity using ELISAs.- Process spinal fluid received from the IMSMP using cell culture techniques as well as train new lab members on this process.

- Work in the Channing Lab biorepository on multiple consolidation projects in order to organize, and create more space in the current freezers. - Inventory vials present containing plasma, RBC, WBC, etc. to allow for accurate consolidation. - Label boxes and vials necessary for the current project.

NSF REU site Grant: DBI-0452836- Worked in the lab of Professor Eric Klann on a project studying Fragile X Syndrome in knock out mice compared to healthy mice. - Researched behavior and brain structure using a neurolucida scope to image neurons, and ran western blots as well as PCRs. - Presented the final summary of research to the department that including significant results explaining the positive behavior and neuronal changes in the knock out mice.

- Participated in the Summer Scientific Work Program (SSWP) at Franklin Hospital. - Followed multiple physicians through various departments and gained a better understanding of the day-to-day of a physician and the inner-workings of departments in the hospital such as the emergency room, surgery, physical therapy and cardiology. - Observed surgeries and procedures carried out by doctors, physical therapists, nurses, and staff.- Gave a final presentation to the director of the program on a gastrectomy witnessed.
