Senior Social Media And Content Marketing Strategy Manager
Current• Develop and execute integrated social media and content strategies targeting a variety of audiences: customers, prospects, media, business partners, government and employees• Plan content for a variety of platforms (web, social media, newsletters) tailoring each piece to the unique traits of each platform and leveraging various forms of multimedia• Manage several budgets, including agency consulting, advertising spend, freelancers and production costs• Lead a team of employees, consultants and agency representatives in planning and executing work, including the development of job descriptions and participation in hiring and onboarding of new team members• Participate in the procurement and management of marketing technologies (social media software, content management software) and act as department SME providing training, insights and analytics• Ensure brand identity guidelines are respected and that content encompasses brand values surrounding diversity and inclusion• Advise and collaborate with colleagues across multiple departments and levels to ensure work is prioritized and completed on time• Sit on the Persons with Disabilities Employee Resource Group, advocating for accessible internal communications, education, training and representation
