A hospitality professional with extensive Food & Beverage experience in full-service, luxury hotels and resorts. Critical thinker with the ability to establish and manage programs and partnerships focused on growing business operations, improving the customer experience, and providing innovative solutions.Beginning my hospitality career with Hyatt Hotels & Resorts in the back-of-house focusing on culinary, catering and events gave me a wealth of knowledge in operations and understanding how this affects and supports the front-of-house. Leading me to join the InterContinental Hotel Groups corporate office which allowed me to grow brands while evaluating quality, open new hotels and develop F&B concepts, training and operations execution.
