As a member of the executive team, I assist the President with carrying out NuWaves' strategic intent at all levels of the company. With a background in business administration and a drive to continuously learn, I add value playing an advisory role within the organization. My primary responsibilities include strategic planning and execution, website maintenance, social media management, quality system management, talent management (employee development, recruiting, hiring, onboarding, etc.), and small project management.

I led NuWaves Operational Excellence team with a focus on continuous improvement and carrying out NuWaves' Quality Management System in alignment with AS9100. I trained and led a team of internal quality auditors through several successful external audits.

Operations and Leadersip

Primary responsibilities included setting up a new lab space, implementing a Chemical Hygiene Plan, training lab assistants on lab procedures, and carrying out lab protocols.

Primary responsibilities included managing own research projects (e.g.Cardiac arrest/ cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CA/CPR) effects on spatial memory and neuronal spine density of the hippocampus), managing and maintaining laboratory resources, training lab associates on lab procedures, performing Spared Nerve Injury (SNI) and Middle Cerebral Artery Occlusion (MCAO) in mouse models, performing tissue collection & behavioral assays, and processing & analyzing experiment results.

Primary responsibilities included managing research experiments, performing lab procedures & tests (PCR, Immunohistochemistry, assays, blood collection, intraperitoneal injections, behavioral tests, etc.), training lab associates, and preparing and presenting research results.
