As a Technical Support Engineer I was the spokesperson for the new SAS Customer Intelligence 360 suite. I helped to develop and refine a support strategy for the newest Customer Intelligence solution. I was the point of knowledge transfer for SAS Customer Intelligence 360 product from R&D/Product Management to our SAS Technical Support Customer Intelligence team. As the Direct of Analytics at Expion I was responsible for the development plan and resulting execution of our in house business intelligence tool. I successfully managed a development/design team to complete projects using an agile development model.
