CurrentI act as a project leader coordinating the development, review, and distribution of multiple concurrent multichannel communications projects to produce large scale publications and mailings of consumer-facing documents mandated by the Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) to over 600,000 members for several lines of business. I develop, manage timelines for, and ensure compliance of highly regulated marketing, retention, and operational documents in order to strategically implement corporate growth strategies and transformation initiatives by leveraging the expertise of and building collaboration between multiple departments and the capabilities therein to complete these efforts on time and under budget. I also plan, design, and developed base infrastructure through digital transformation and using enterprise content management (SaaS) with rule-based AI and machine learning algorithm AI to ensure timeliness and accuracy of deliverables according to internal and external guidance. Part of a workgroup testing artificial intelligence prompt engineering to explore generative AI capabilities for marketing material and content analysis.
