Ambitious student pursuing my BBA (May '24) and my MBA (May '25) in Human Resource Management at Kent State University. As a driven and organized HR professional with excellent communication skills, I excel in leadership roles and fast-paced environments. I'm currently the Vice President of Chapter Operations for Delta Sigma Pi, where I oversee chapter operations, collaborate with executive board members and driving innovation with goals to implement a new program this semester. I'm also an HR Intern at Ohio Machinery Co., gaining valuable experience in HR operations and management, and developing skills in HRIS. Additionally, I'm involved with the Kent State HR Association and Alpha Lambda Delta Honors Society, and have previously served on Delta Sigma Pi's Standards and Pledge Education Committees. I'm passionate about making a positive impact in my community and profession, and I'm excited to continue growing and learning in my career.
