In my position at the Space Telescope Science Institute, I determine the strategy for our online social media audience to reach a science-interested public, with the goal of sharing astronomy concepts relating to the Hubble and Webb space telescopes in an informative, educational and entertaining way. In five years, I have let all of social media accounts to more followers and higher engagement. For instance, the Twitter/X account has increased 3,400% in five years, while the YouTube account has increased 300% in just one year. My position includes, not only creating new content, but testing different forms of content to see which appeals more to our audience, which involves more videos of our work in astronomy.
