Currentresponsible for :-managing enterprise account base-finding best fit solutions based on customer needs (VOIP, internet connectivity, cybersecurity, mobile device management)-supporting clients technical and billing needs for life of their contract term -advocating for customer needs-assistance with escalations for urgent trouble tickets-changes, additions, and deletions for customers across multiple carriers-the knowledge of at least 15 carriers' support and billing platforms/processes -product knowledge of at least 15 carriers-retaining current customers for another contract term-helping to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner-audit invoices and assist customers in getting credits-ensuring client satisfaction with the recommended products
