Hi, all! I'm Jackie. At the heart of my professional life - I am, in the heart of all my roles: a coach. Professionally, I believe success is derived from the amount of success you can foster around you: Serving others is something I am intrinsically motivated to do as my excitement and energy is in celebrating the success of those around me. I drive the self-discovery of individuals and teams, the impact that those individuals can make on the world. I love investing in helping people and teams achieve their goals and dreams - and feel compelled to continuously look for ways to do so. My coaching falls into a few categories: -Career and Executive Coaching: Focusing on women in leadership, with a specific aim to bridge gaps in STEM leadership and help individuals and organizations tackle DEI inequities -Educational/Professional Development: in my traditional faculty role - I help future pharmacists develop personal and professional skills-Practice Development: in a newer part of my role - I help pharmacies implement patient care services to improve patient care access, improve patient outcomes, reduce costs, and increase pharmacy revenue-Entreprenurial: Helping small businesses launch off the ground - specifically focused on women-owned businesses I find joy in developing meaningful relationships with those that I work with - my work appreciation language is quality time. While I am a pharmacist by training - I found that I wasn't fitting into any traditional 'boxes' of pharmacy options - and as such, I have designed a unique path and have a deep passion for helping others do the same, either within our profession or within their own industry. Outside of work - my focus is spending time with my family & friends - investing in those relationships is at the core of my being. An optimist by nature - I will always see the glass half full perspective and am working on being more pragmatic in considering all sides of a situation. To recharge - you can find me sipping coffee, spending time in self-care - taking a walk, spinning, yoga, meditation, visiting art museums, listening to a podcast or book, or connecting with others.
