I started working in a temporary position and was promoted to a permanent staff member. Duties included greeting and signing-in customers, assisting them with filling out vital form requests on our public terminals, and helping them research property records. I also processed vital records, fictitious business names, and other documents. When our passport acceptance facility reopened I became an acceptance agent, processing confidential applications and assisting customers with obtaining their US passports. My other main duties include distributing marriage licenses, performing marriage ceremonies, typing letters for duplicate licenses, mailing passport transmittals, processing payments, and data entry in excel. In August of 2021, I volunteered to work at the Bridal Expo, educating the public about the services offered at the clerk-recorder office. I was also awarded Employee of the Month for my flexibility, dedication, and customer service.

I was the main point of contact between the Reservations and Operations departments for multiple brands within the Travel Corporation. My main responsibilities included quality control, customer service, creating reports for multiple brands, and email correspondence with internal departments, wholesale agencies, travel agencies, and direct consumers. I created a new report system that tracked all of our bookings, which allowed the air department to track customers needing certain internal flights booked. I also worked closely with my supervisor and representatives from Australian tourism industries to plan a 5-day event for our office staff to help them learn more about our products.

I was a top-producing agent at a high-volume inbound call center with over 65 agents. I was responsible for assisting travel agents and direct consumers book new tours and service existing bookings. I worked closely with internal departments to provide quality customer service via email, phone calls, and online message platforms. My supervisor appointed me the responsibility to handle daily reports for the entire call center.
