I led an awesome team at the Clarion branch in meeting Financial Services goal for the 1st time in their history. Customer service has always been important to me and it was rewarding when I could create a better client relationship and a customer became a client which happened by giving the utmost customer service and spending time with the customer and having quality conversation.I believe the reason that goal was met was because I truly cared about the customer which improved a quality banking relationship. That was my #1 goal which ultimately caused the Financial Services to exceed the expected goal for the branch.
