Purposeful movement is my passion. Through Niche I have the opportunity to work with clients to find movement patterns that improve their strength and mobility. I feel fortunate to continue the education of Pilates as a host studio for Balanced Body and to teach my own curriculum, Sculpt and Core.In my personal world, I enjoy spending time with my bears (that's what I call my dogs and cat) and husband at home. I love being outside and on the water. I enjoy time with family and friends and live for the opportunity to get out and travel and experience something new.
