It’s truly a blessing to watch them grow up...and crazy to realize how much of my training goes out the window when it comes to them... 🥰😂I am a passionate and caring individual who firmly believes that every child deserves to reach his or her full potential, and that it is our job to help them on that journey. Through ABA therapy, and the use of evidence-based research/practices, I strive to help enhance the lives of all children I have the pleasure of working with. At Infinite Therapy Solutions, I was hired to help a group of multidisciplinary therapists start the behavior portion of their new in-home multidisciplinary therapy service. As a company, ITS places great emphasis on integrating the approaches of ABA, OT, PT, and Speech services into the lives of the children served. As the first behaviorist hired, I helped ITS develop the necessary programs and protocols to run a successful ABA program.Prior to ITS, I was located in Dallas, TX, where I worked for ABA of North Texas, beginning as an ABA Therapist and ending as an Assistant Program Director. As assistant program director, my primary responsibilities included writing/updating behavior intervention plans, treatment plans, outlining individual programming guides for approximately 10 children between the ages of 2 and 4, as well as supervise, schedule, train, and encourage a group of ABA Therapists working with the children 1:1. Working under the supervision of an incredible BCaBA and knowledgable BCBAs in an on-site clinic setting, I grew and expanded my knowledge base greatly while at ABA of North Texas.Prior to ABA of North Texas, I worked as an ABA Therapist at the Early Childhood Center in Marlborough, MA.
