My official title is MarTech Manager. But as is the case with most startup environments, I wear many hats at Stellium.I’m a manager, a leader, a project manager, the occasional ghostwriter, the ChatGPT prompter, and a cheerleader. Occasionally, I’m even part therapist.Currently, I spend my days working with my team and executive leadership to strategize, develop, and implement marketing and brand initiatives, coordinate with department leads to unblock and drive forward project objectives, and provide leadership and mentoring to my six employees.I’m a curious, collaborative, detail-oriented marketing and project management professional. I’m a self-starter and quick learner with a growth mindset, always eager to see a project from start to finish despite challenges and collaborate with several teams along the way. I enjoy utilizing my strong interpersonal and teamwork skills to build relationships to add value and drive results. What I do now is built upon my years of experience handling marketing campaigns, campaign promotion, and development & tech project management. Working across departments, I’ve helped to orchestrate copywriters' promotional copy, turning vision into reality. Between larger promotional projects and multi-million-dollar webinars, to smaller projects such as updates to active or old projects and the implementation of new tests, I’ve enjoyed juggling the planning, management, and execution of multiple projects simultaneously, ranging from five to occasionally upwards of 35 at one time.I also believe in having balance in my life and strive to lead by example for my teammates and employees.Outside of work, I tap into my creative and artistic side with photography, with a range of subjects from cars to landscapes to newborn portraits. I'm also a big proponent of getting outdoors and staying active. I enjoy several activities including running half-marathons (not ashamed to say I do them for the medals), hiking, paddle boarding, lifting, yoga, and more recently cycling.
