Education Specialist
CurrentDesigns, develops, and implements educational programming for the organization’s staff, clients, and stakeholders to build the capacity of Public Health Ontario and its partner agencies-Works with internal and external content experts to develop educational programming and products in multiple formats, with a focus on online learning development-Plans and manages complex projects from intake to launch-Identifies and recommends quality and efficiency improvements to enhance programs, products, and processes informed by emerging technologies and best practices in the adult education field-Identifies evidence-based learning solution recommendations informed by learning needs assessments and environmental scans -Supports the development of multimedia training assets (e.g. interactive graphics, illustrations, audiovisual media) -Evaluates the effectiveness of learning solutions and applies insights to refine materials -Supports the development and implementation of the organization’s programs and events (e.g., Locally-Driven Collaborative Projects [LDCP], The Ontario Public Health Convention [TOPHC])
