I am a co-owner of CrossFit Blue Ash with my husband, Blake. I left my 9-5 to pursue helping others full time and I'm never been happier! At CFBA, we (my husband, amazing staff, and I) strive to help individuals reach their health & wellness goals, and be their best selves. When not in the gym, we're at home hanging with our kids!With a background in Marketing, I still possess and practice my organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
