Current•Head of Human Resources, reporting to the CEO and responsible for all aspects of Human Resources including Benefits, Employee Relations, HRIS, Compensation, Training and Development, Performance Management, Succession Planning, and Labor Relations supporting 500+ employees•Implemented new HR Software through Ultimate Software. Manage project for all modules including Onboarding, ATS, Performance Management, Compensation, Career Development, Time Management, Open Enrollment, Life Events, and Company Information•Design and Administer benefit plans for all employees including Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, 403B, Pension, Student Loan, 529, and Tuition Assistance•Provide direction to staff to ensure proper laws and regulations are followed for FMLA, Short Term Disability, and Pennsylvania Department of Education•Advise on reorganization of staff and teachers to ensure proper certifications and clearances •Design and analyze the biannual teacher survey•Streamlined processes to ensure data integrity•Responsible for Policy creation and maintenance including Employee Handbook and Student Policies•Respond to EEOC complaints and draft position statements
