Ensured member satisfaction via regular check-ins, peer mentoring, and acting as a liaison between members and supervisors. Collaborated with VISTA Supervisor to submit progress reports and grant reapplication. Played an integral role in creation of new VISTA member assignments. Ensured adherence to national AmeriCorps*VISTA program policies.

Worked in Baltimore City public school to organize neighborhoods in support of the school and increase resources using Baltimore Community Schools Initiative model. Worked independently and with a team to build the school’s capacity to provide wrap-around services meeting diverse needs of the student population. Collaborated with several neighborhood organizations to support GHCC’s mission of strengthening neighborhoods through improving public education.

Provided computer repair services (hardware and software), telephone support, and helped troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
