I drive the alignment of people strategy and related resources (internal and contract staff) resulting in a nimble and elastic business that can shift with strategic priorities and comply with government contracting requirements.I work to establish people and operational practices that improve and promote company vision and culture including cultural pillars and structured promotion process.
