A veteran marketing guru, Jaclyn is the Chief Operations Officer at ThriveFuel Marketing, employing her nearly two decades of experience in the marketing industry to evaluate and restructure internal processes to be more seamless and scalable. Additionally, Jaclyn serves as a leader and mentor to the entire ThriveFuel team, overseeing day-to-day operations and driving the company’s plans for the future. Most recently Jaclyn was the Website Development Manager at Building Brands Marketing where she was responsible for leading the web development team, managing the design and development process, and even designing and developing client websites herself. She worked closely with clients and team members alike to plan and execute visually appealing websites designed to convert. In an unofficial capacity, Jaclyn mentored directors, managers and other team members on leadership, management, strategy, and more. Before leaving BBM Jaclyn was promoted to Creative Director where she could fulfill this role in a more official capacity.Before BBM, Jaclyn was Marketing and Operations Director for SCS Vape where she not only created and executed the company’s marketing strategy, but also oversaw the day-to-day operations of four retail locations in three different cities. During her time at SCS and up to her starting at BBM, Jaclyn owned her own freelance marketing company where she primarily worked with local nonprofits like the Cuero ISD Education Foundation, Cuero Rotary Club and FutureSight, among others. Passionate about helping nonprofits to better serve their communities, Jaclyn worked with nonprofits to design and develop their online marketing, including websites, and designed promotional materials for events and fundraising campaigns. Some of her passion projects include four years of the Concert for Classrooms event and the Enduring Legacy campaign for the Cuero ISD Education Foundation.Jaclyn is an alumnus of Texas State Technical College-Waco, Victoria College, and the University of Houston-Victoria. She has earned degrees in Advertising, Commercial Art, Design, and Communications. Most recently she has been pursuing her Master’s in Publishing but plans to switch to an MBA program. Jaclyn is passionate about continued learning and plans to one day teach at the college level, sharing her experience in marketing, business, and design with the next generation.
