Develops and maintains strategic relationships with healthcare executives at assigned IDN strategic accounts to understand business needs and processes, maximize effectiveness, drive account growth and market share. Responsible for overall financial/business performance of assigned accounts, while incorporating a singular approach for the organization, representing the entire portfolio of products, with autonomy to make decisions in alignment with overall company priorities for both the Vascular and Med-Surg divisions. Collaborates closely with the sales team to drive opportunities that increase market share and drive growth.Key Accomplishments:- Act as the single point of contact for The Resource Group/Ascension, Atrium Health Supply Chain Alliance, and IU Health by understanding customer goals and business processes while uncovering opportunities to implement contracting solutions and supply chain efficiencies.- Responsible for 6,500+ SKUs, including disposables and capital equipment, across 9 medical specialty areas.- Led continued growth for the Med-Surg and Vascular divisions, managing 3 strategic customers with a portfolio valued at $40M.- Managed implementation of the organization’s largest committed agreement through coordinating internal resources and providing customer solutions that ultimately lead to success in overcoming product challenges.- Collaborated cross-divisionally with internal stakeholders including executive leadership, sales, operations, commercial business team, product management, and legal counsel to execute contracts and sales strategies with organization’s most influential IDNs.- Implemented proactive sales strategies throughout contract life cycle to identify opportunities and maximize contract value for customer and organization.
