Data And Operations Coordinator
Current- Core Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the Operations team to execute portions of, and coordinate onboarding and continuous training of all staff members on tools they will utilize to complete their job.
- Provide administrative assistance by way of taking and distributing minutes or other records.
- Ensuring compliance with general, office and security policies.
- Track organizational spending in collaboration with the Operations Director to ensure the organization's budget is being adhered to and mindfully considered.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the programmatic planning of our various events are created strategically and equitably.
