With over four years of experience as a Doctor of Physical Therapy, I am passionate about helping people achieve their optimal health and performance through holistic practices. I hold certifications in Strength and Conditioning and Applied Functional Science, which enable me to design and implement effective and individualized programs for my clients.As a Physical Therapist at ReKinected, I work with a diverse population of patients with various orthopedic and sports-related injuries and conditions. I use a multidisciplinary approach that combines manual therapy, sport-specific rehab, evidence-based research, and corrective exercises to address the root cause of pain and dysfunction. I also educate and empower my clients on the importance of movement, nutrition, and mental health for their overall well-being. My goal is to improve the quality of life and function of every person I treat, and to inspire them to achieve their personal and professional goals.
