Implementation of procedures to ensure all risks areas are fully covered. Store benchmarking to ensure that businesses operate in uniform with each other. Budgets, forecasts and cash flow projections. Managing and reviewing capital acquisitions. Key decision maker in the business as a whole. I am also very involved in the operational management of the stores, reporting deficiencies to the Regional Operational Manager.
