Main tasks and responsibilities• Responsible for the project management of contracts• Prepare costings based on enquiries• Prepare quotations based on enquiries• Assist in ordering steelwork, equipment and other items required for manufacturing• Responsible for the manufacturing of orders – includes both supervision of labour and production.• Testing and QA of manufactured items• Responsible for data packs – drawings, manuals and other items required.• Ensure stock availability for manufacturing• Training and mentor of workshop staff• Ensure that the necessary OHAS & SANS standards are adhered to where applicable• Site installation and oversight

• Main tasks and responsibilities • Oversees installation and maintenance• Ensure electrical scope of supply complies with project/client requirements• Effectively works with and communicates with customers, other contracting disciplines and organizations• Coordinates and interfaces with equipment suppliers• Development of detail Work Breakdown Structures of all components to ensure the complete projects equipment is detailed and procured• Maintain a safe, comfortable and respecting environment for workers• Project control and costing• Quotations• Prospecting for new accounts & seeking opportunities to increase existing accounts. • Conducts regular sales calls to develop customer relationships and follow up on leads through effective territory management.• Negotiating product placement to ensure high volume positioning.• Tracking sales through to closing and finalizes sales contracts.• Tracking progress towards and achieving established quotas & sales goals.• Maintaining and updating own database of customers.• Keeping up to date with product developments and maintaining extensive product knowledge and certification as required.• Keeping records of all orders taken and correspondence with customers.
