Jaco possesses strong leadership, strategic, financial, and communication skills, which have all been used in service of achieving R&A’s goal: helping micro-businesses, and thereby South Africa, thrive. Having the ability to manage complex operations and drive the growth of the company, Jaco has been an instrumental visionary leader who continues to drive R&A Cellular towards success. As the company’s second-in-command, Jaco is responsible for overseeing and optimising all business operations to drive growth and maximise efficiency. Jaco loves the challenge, though. The better R&A runs, the more support entrepreneurs enjoy. Managing day-to-day operations, designing and implementing different business strategies, and drawing up plans and procedures have all kept Jaco busy. He sets ambitious goals for the business’s growth and success because, well, what other way is there to do it?
